Crossight Overclothes

Clothing brand · Identity system

Crossight Overclothes is a clothing brand I built around a simple idea: keep your eyes on the cross, and put on Christ over everything else. The name is the concept: sight fixed on the cross. That idea runs through the entire identity.

The face started as a hand drawing before I turned it into vector artwork. One eye is a cross, making the idea behind the name part of the mark itself. The missing mouth is intentional too: “Speak where the Bible speaks, be silent where the Bible is silent.” Even the wordmark is doing more than it first appears to. The negative space between the C and R forms a keyhole.

“Overclothes” completes the thought. Whatever role or title someone carries, Christ goes over it. It is the outermost layer, the thing you put on last so it is what people see first.

The mark needed to stay simple enough to move from clothing to tags, stickers, patterns, and accessories without losing what it meant. That simplicity is deliberate. There is a lot hiding inside a face, a wordmark, and a few basic shapes.
